Shipping
U.S. Shipping Only
- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
- Orders ship within 2–3 business days from our studio.
- Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days.
- Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
- At this time, SensoBuddies ships only within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future after product compliance and safety certifications are complete.
- Digital products are delivered instantly by email after checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
- 30-day returns on unused physical products in original condition.
- Email hello@sensobuddies.com with your order number to start a return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
- Damaged or defective items? We'll make it right at no cost — just send a photo within 7 days of delivery.
- Digital downloads and final-sale items are non-refundable.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
